About the Initiative
The India Gives Foundation Pre-Placement Training & Placement Initiative is designed to bridge the gap between education and employment by equipping youth, women, and persons with disabilities with industry-relevant skills, career guidance, and placement support.
Our vision is to create an inclusive workforce where every individual, regardless of background or ability, has an opportunity to build a successful career.
Why This Initiative?
Many talented young people struggle to secure employment due to a lack of practical skills, interview confidence, workplace readiness, and industry exposure.
India Gives Foundation believes that employment begins with preparation. Through structured training and employer partnerships, we aim to make job opportunities more accessible.
